Jim Mercer


Jim Mercer started the TRIAD Group in 1986. He has worked all sides of the staffing industry, and currently manages the Triad Group. He has an MBA in Finance. Prior to the Triad Group he was an I/T Director for an Electronics company and a MIS Manager for Weyerhaeuser. He enjoys Skiing, Golfing and investing.

Linda Muilenburg


Linda is our Accounting Specialist, giving us the numbers behind the placements. She has logged 25 plus years as an accountant with a variety of companies and has been with the TRIAD Group since 2007. She has worked for companies selling everything from incentive specialties to sea salt to imported rubber and plastics. In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening and travelling with her husband.

Kelli Becker

Office Manager

Kelli has over 20 years of office administration experience and is the point-person for payroll, benefits and new hire on-boarding. She has been with the TRIAD Group since 2007 as the Office Manager. In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her husband, two daughters and her dogs.
